We personally deliver flowers, plants, wedding and funeral arrangements
Same Day Deliveries
Same day deliveries are normally possible up until 1pm on the day you place your order.
Delivery Days and Times
We deliver Monday - Friday between 8am and 8pm. On Saturdays, we deliver between 9am and 5pm.
Deliveries will not normally be made on a Sunday or on UK public holidays. Please contact us by telephone if you require a delivery at these times to see whether it is possible for us to make a special delivery. We do not guarantee any delivery times unless the order is for a funeral or a wedding.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the distance from our premises. Costs are normally either £5, £8 or £12, depending on the postcode. Delivery of wedding and funeral arrangements are charged at specific rates and will be quoted at the time of booking. If the delivery address you give us is outside the described and anticipated area, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for delivery before the product is delivered.
Special Requests
When ordering online, if your postcode is not covered, please call us for more information. This includes addresses in Torquay, Brixham, Salcombe and Dartmouth.
Delivery Arrangements
We always make every effort to find the property you want your delivery to go to. When the property is just a house name and there is no number or street, if you do not provide specific directions, we will spend 10 minutes searching for the property. If we can't find it and you have provided a number, we will try to call you once. If we still can't find the property, your order will be returned to the shop and can can be collected from there. Under these circumstances, no refunds are offered.
Click and Collect
You can place an order online and request to collect it in our shop. Please specify the time you will collect, when placing the order.
